Passionate about giving & helping others, the members of Antioch United Methodist Church participate in several important outreach missions as a way of sharing God's great love with those in need.

Relay for Life

Toys for Cook Kids

Every year Antioch participates in this wonderful community outreach to provide Christmas gifts and food for the needy kids and families of Adel and Cook county.   We also help with the sorting and bagging of all items, as well as with distribution. It’s amazing to see how our whole church & community comes together

Grace Community Soup Kitchen

Through their local outreach ministry, Grace Community Church operates a soup kitchen once a month where they provide a meal and groceries for the needy in our community.  Antioch, and other local churches, have partnered with Grace Community to take turns preparing and serving the meals, while also providing helping hands to bag and carry

Started in 2016, this wonderful mission/ministry began with a group of ladies coming together & preparing delicious meals for  shut-ins, sick, and elderly, as well as new parents welcoming their  new born baby.
